Or ask us: email support@e-splice.com from your account address with the subject "Delete my Dragy Moto Routes account" (the button below fills it in). We delete it usually within 7 days, and always within 30 days.
Store subscriptions: cancel Pro in Google Play (Profile › Payments & subscriptions) or on iPhone (Settings › your name › Subscriptions).
This device: rides and plans you never backed up live only here. Erase them below, or uninstall the app.
Delete your account in the app
Sign in first, then come back here to delete your account and everything stored with it.
Your Routes account is your Dragy Moto Lab account. Deleting it permanently removes your email, name, password, synced garage, maintenance log, ride backups and every sign-in, in Routes, Dragy Moto Lab and Chainline. It also cancels a Pro subscription bought on the website.
Can't sign in? Send the email from the address on your account. We delete it usually within 7 days, and always within 30 days, and confirm by email. Subscribed through Google Play or the App Store? Cancel it there too: deleting the account doesn't cancel store subscriptions.
Erase Routes data on this device
Deletes the rides, plans, garage, offline maps, recording checkpoint and settings saved in this browser or app, and signs you out here. It doesn't delete your account or anything stored with it.
What gets deleted and what we keep (for example order records for tax) is in the Privacy Policy, section 9.
